Last October 05, after a couple more follow ups, SMART has replaced my black HTC ChaCha with a purple one. This time, better.
Although I’m now much happier with my new phone, the fact still remains that my experience with SMART is a major headcase. So much for the first impression.
Anyway, everyone deserves a second chance and I am willing to give SMART that chance to redeem themselves. So to SMART, please improve your service. That’s the best way to keep customers and attract new ones. To HTC, especially to Jackie, keep it up guys! You are awesome. The help you’ve given me is more than what I have expected from you. So thank you!
