First and foremost, sorry for the bare face. :’( The companion resents make up so I was forced to get out of the house with only my BB cream on the face and my Ray-bans. I know he’ll tease me to death if I even try to bring out my tube of Covergirl lippies. Men! They are crazy! But he took my look shots here so I would like to give the companion a pat on the back for doing so. :) Nice shots! Next time ulit! Hindi ko lang talaga mapapalagpas tong magandang pader na to as background eh. Nyay!
Now on to more important things, like say, fashion…
I used to hate polos. I think they are overly formal and they seem to not match my body. I look boxy and weird. But as I grow up and learn my body more (and well, fashion in general), I learned that it all boils down to the fit and fabric. If your polo have a soft fabric, getting it one or two size larger is okay. Specially if you are chubz chubz like me. They even hide your unwanted fats better than anything. Plus you can use them for layering. :) Flexible and fashionable. My kryptonite.
And since it’s scorching hot here in Manila, I decided to pair my lose polo with a pair of denim shorts. I wore it as I do some errands on a weekend. Soft polos are really something. Promise! Even if they got sleeves on, they are still very comfy and breezy. This polo is a personal favorite. You’ve probably seen it here on my blog a gazillion times already. Nyay!

To add oomph and add color to my look, I decided to wear my sister’s yellow sneakers from Fila which I stole from her. Nyahahaha.. They got it in size 3! Yay! But they are not comfy. Nay! Walking in them proves difficult specially at the mall. :’( The insoles are a bit hard. And my feet is crying already by noon time. I was forced to get a pair of cheap slippers.
Finished off my look with minimal accessories. If it’s hot, we all want to be as comfy as we can. So less clutter is better. Just my favorite earrings (which received some compliments that day), a simple bangle and my snakeskin bag (overused).
So what do you think of my look?
P.S.: Please join me as I welcome the companion on my blog. That’s him with his grunge slip ons and me with my comfy slippers. My feet looked so teeny tiny compared to his humongous feet. Hmp! And oh! I am so inlove with his slip ons! I want one for my self!! Ehem! Ehem!
xoxo,
