Standing By My Window

This is what I wore on my last day at the hotel where the companion and I had a staycation to celebrate my birthday.

The hotel is just a few tumblings away from my house so I didn’t really bother dressing up. I am just so glad that I got myself this lovely sweater that I can wear even during summer without worrying too much for the baskil (basang kilikili or sweaty underarms for those non-jejes out there).

My sweater is in this lovely chambrayish color that I so love. Making it perfect to be worn with almost anything in my closet. For this lazy day, I decided to pair it up with my green shorts and accessorized in yummy maroonish hue to complement the watch that my sissy gave me for my birthday.

And of course, I just have to wear my killer MAC Ruby Woo on special occasion such as this. I love how a simple lipstick could turn my bare, boring face into something decent.

Happy that the hotel we stayed had this floor to ceiling window like Ace’s. The moment I saw this and the drapes, I instantly dragged the companion to take my outfit shots! Hindi pinapalagpas ang mga ganitong view! I really want something like this for my room. #asa

I love having staycations. And that staycation on my birthday is one of my faves. I watched on the telly, blogged like crazy, slept for hours, ate like a pig and had warm bubble baths. Very relaxing. Extremely perfect.  More staycations I hope. :)
