Mila Stories 16: English Only Please

I usually talk to Skye in english. Not because I want her to be an inglisera but because I am more comfortable talking to kids in english. Ewan ko din bakit. Hahahaha! So syempre papahuli ba naman si Mila?

Me: Skye, return it.
Mila: Return it. Return it to sender.

Me: Skye, do not spank your Tata.

Mila: Do not spank, Skye. No palo. Or I will palo you. Palo you. Palo you. (to the tune of that sister act song)

Me: Don't go there, Skye.
Mila: Yes baby. You stop, look and listen to your teacher. Okay?

O diba? Ang saya saya. Parang dapat ata tagalog nalang kami mag ina. Nahihirapan ata si Mila sa buhay nya eh. Hahahaha!

And I also have a bonus kwento…

There are 2 kids fighting just outside our house. Asaran lang naman, not physically hurting each other so our very good kapitbahays just let them fight. Inaasar ni Kid1 si Kid2. At si Kid2 super asar na asar na talaga kay Kid1. He was babbling non-stop…

Kid2: *blah*blah*bah* Ginagalit mo talaga ako!!! Inis na inis na ako sayo!!! Pwede ba tigilan mo na ako?!! AKIN LANG ANG ASAWA KOOOOOO!!!

Nyahahahaha… Lahat ng kapitbahay ko na nakarinig tawang tawa. Alam na! Yung Nanay nya, nanonood ng Two Wives. Hihihi! And take note, pareho silang baby boy. Kalokang tunay.
