Review: Strip Steakhouse (Solaire Resort & Casino)

Strip Steakhouse – is the place to be if you are craving for the finest steak while in Solaire.

During our visit, we we’re greeted by none other than their Chef. Yeps! That gwapo guy is Strip’s chef. Right then and there, nakapagdecide na ako na babalik ako. Nyahahaha!

Like all the other restaurants that we’ve been, Strip boasts of it’s intricate interior that exudes sophistication. Beautiful drop chandeliers. Black, white and red chairs. Pretty salt and pepper shakers. The works! I love everything. Especially the romantic vibe. Like the other restaurants, they too have a beautiful view of the Manila Bay. Super pretty.

Aside from the beautiful interiors, Strip boasts of it’s wide selection of wines and liquors. They have thousands! Grabe!

The chef showed us how they prepare their anniversary special dish. Which is super meticulous. They have to put all this spices and marinade it for days before they could cook it and all. Whoah! Plus the presentation is just plain awesome. You really have to do it right to make it look presentable.

So this is what we had. Pastrami-Spiced Black Angus Beef Short Ribs – anniversary special offer. And my thoughts? I love it. The overflowing spices just makes the meat flavorful. The meat was juicy and tender. Super soft that it almost melts in the mouth. The mashed potato and shalllots and cherry tomato complimented the meat so well. Overall, the dining experience was superb.
