Review: Krazy Garlik Resorts World
We arrived at the New Port Mall in Resorts World Manila at around 12NN. Just in time to claim our free tickets for The Sound of Music’s 100th performance that I won via Resorts World Manila’s twitter contest (follow RWM @rwmanila). The show starts at around 2PM so we have an ample time to grab some lunch.
G.p just wanted to look for a fast food chain and be done with lunch but I force her to choose from the array of restaurants in the area. I really want a decent meal that day because I slept uber late the previous night. Blame twitter and my excitement.
She opted for Krazy Garlik. I guess she saw it when we first went there to watch Breaking Dawn.
Anyway, the moment we approached, we were greeted by their lovely staff and we were immediately ushered to our table. We opted to seat outside because Newport Mall is just gorgeous.
While checking out their menu, the waitress asked us to choose our drinks first and she patiently helped us decide. I must tell you that I am the type of customer who asks too many questions. I mean, I want to know what they have and what they’ll be serving me right? And I am sooo glad that their staffs are very friendly. I even asked if we can have a Choco Banana Shake (they only have Banana Shake on the menu) and she agreed.
And being the blogger that I am, I got myself busy with taking pictures. And guess what? A staff approached us and offered to take pictures of us. You may think its nothing, but simple gestures like that are really important for customers like me. I must say that no matter how delicious the meal is, I am not going back to a restaurant with rude staffs. So 5 stars to Krazy Garlik’s exemplary customer service!
For our drinks, G.p opted for Choco Banana Milk Shake while I went for their Watermelon Shake. Both are delicious! I can tell because I finish both. hehehe…

We ordered, Fettuccine Oriente and Barbeque Garlic Chicken Pizza. And I love them both. The pasta is just perfect. I love the sauce and it’s not too creamy nor too salty. The pizza is a perfect match to the pasta. I love the crunchy garlic bits really. And it’s a bit spicy since its barbeque so its just perfect. The servings are also large enough for sharing. We were even able to bring home half of our pizza.

Overall dining experience is just perfect. Great food. Nice ambiance. Super friendly people. Indeed, it’s a great way to start a wonderful afternoon. And so we went to watch The Sound of Music with a happy tummy.
